Return:
For a straightforward and smooth return, we have set up a returns portal at return.williamwalker.de for you. There you can obtain a prepaid DHL return label for a fee. The fee will be automatically deducted from your refund amount. Alternatively, you can also send your return back using a shipping provider of your choice. In this case, the fee does not apply.
Exchange:
If you would prefer a different size or a different product, you can also register the exchange conveniently via our returns portal. Simply select the desired replacement item there. Any discount from your original order will be automatically transferred to the new item. If the new item is more expensive, you will receive an invoice for the price difference.
